How do I know which products are safe on my ceramic coating or PPF?

Every formula is labeled with coating-safe tags. Our washes, sealants and detail sprays are pH-balanced (pH 5–7) and are safe for ceramics, coatings and paint protection film. When in doubt, check the "Perfect For" section on the product page.

What is your return policy?

You have 60 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund — even if you've used most of it. Email support with your order number and we'll handle the rest. See the Returns page for details.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and costs ₹100 (free on orders over ₹7,155). Local pickup is available at our LA studio. See the Shipping page for full details.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Yes — we run periodic promotions. Current demo codes include WELCOME10 (10% off), SAVE25 (25% off orders over ₹14,310), FREESHIP (free shipping) and KIT20 (₹1,908 off orders over ₹7,155).

How do I track my order?

Use the Order Lookup page with your order number (ACC-XXXXXXXX) and the email used at checkout, or sign in to your account to see full order history.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll have your order ready at our detailing studio within 2 hours on business days. You'll receive an email when it's ready.

Are your products safe for paint protection film (PPF)?

All KIRAMYKI washes, sealants and spray products are PPF-safe. We avoid harsh solvents and acids in exterior formulas. Products intended for interiors or wheels are clearly labeled.
