We stand behind every formula we sell. If a product doesn't perform to your expectations within 60 days of delivery, return it for a full refund of the purchase price — no restocking fees, no interrogation.

How to start a return

Email kiramyki02@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
Pack the products in the original container (they can be partially used) and drop them off.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item unless asked.

Exchanges

Want to swap one product for another? Start a return using the steps above and mention the exchange. We'll ship the new product once the return is scanned, so you're never without product.
